At Toynana.com, we want to make shopping simple and hassle-free for you. Please read our shipping policy below to know how we deliver your favorite toys, stationery, and books.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery for all orders across Pakistan.

For high-value orders, we may require advance payment or confirmation via WhatsApp/phone.

Please make sure someone is available at your delivery address to receive the parcel and pay in cash.

Refusing COD parcels repeatedly may result in your account being flagged, and we may restrict future COD orders.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within Pakistan.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 12–24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delays

While we try our best to deliver on time, unforeseen delays (weather, courier issues, etc.) may occur. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can assist you.

5. Order Issues

If you receive a damaged parcel, missing items, or the wrong order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a quick resolution.
