• All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment Method: We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.
• It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to pay for and receive the parcel.
• Refusal of COD Orders: Repeatedly refusing parcels without valid reason may result in suspension of COD privileges or cancellation of future orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free shipping across Pakistan.
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (except Sundays & public holidays).
• Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days, but delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Shexta.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or website.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays or damages caused by third-party courier services.
• Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

8. Dispute Resolution
