1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Clearance or sale items (if marked “final sale”)
    • Opened books or stationery items that cannot be resold
    • No return or exchange if products are broken.
    • No return or exchange is applicable for inflatable, remote control, not-for-profit or promotional items. 

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
  • Partial Refunds: May be granted if items are returned damaged, incomplete, or late.
  • A refund will be applicable if the product is broken or faulty and is informed within 48 hours after delivery to our team via email at support@toynana.com
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If the request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.  In the meanwhile, we greatly appreciate your patience

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, you must follow the return process.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@toynana.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them back.(Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it was our error.)
